University of Maine at Farmington, Colby College and Saint Joseph's College of Maine top the list of highest grossing college outdoor track programs in Maine in 2016, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of the latest federal data from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education.
