Power Up Your Strengths is a certification program designed to help you become better equipped to bring out the talents of others. Inspired by the CliftonStrengths® assessment, you’ll finish the program ready to help people do what they do best. And you’ll enjoy doing so, too!
This program is all virtual, with a combination of classes and personal work.
Who might be a good candidate for this program?
- Somebody passionate about transforming company culture
- A leader who wants to deeply understand their team’s strengths
- A coach or trainer
- Someone doing work with CliftonStrengths® who hasn’t gotten certified yet
- A person who is strengths curious and wants to understand it better
